As I stand in the gap, believing for a solution to a four-year problem, I continue to declare Father God’s Word over the situation. I refuse to allow the spirit of fear to distract or detour me from the answer that has already been promised. Still, I must admit—at times, I begin to feel anxious.
But the Bible clearly tells me not to be anxious. Instead, I am instructed to remain in prayer and supplication until the manifestation of the victory comes:
“Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God.” Philippians 4:6 (NKJV)
I know that God does not tempt me (James 1:13), but He does understand that the enemy will try to trick me out of my blessing. Yet the answer is already written:
“My fellow believers, when it seems as though you are facing nothing but difficulties, see it as an invaluable opportunity to experience the greatest joy you can! For you know that when your faith is tested, it stirs up in you the power of endurance. And then as your endurance grows even stronger, it will release perfection into every part of your being until there is nothing missing and nothing lacking.” James 1:2–4 (TPT)
God delights in watching His children take dominion over every evil scheme the enemy throws our way. His Word is for me—not just for others or a chosen few. I can stand on His promises with full authority.
With the right attitude and a heart full of trust, I boldly declared:
“Lord Jesus, You witnessed this day that I commanded the devil and all evil to flee from my life and my family. I named every family member involved, and I stood on Your Word that says he must flee. Your Holy Spirit will bring the answers. I trust You, Daddy God, in all I do and say. I know it is not Your will for me to fail. You allow trials not to break me, but to teach me how to win.”
Even though I haven’t seen the full breakthrough yet, I feel my spiritual strength growing—just like exercising a muscle until that muscle becomes powerful. I am determined to exercise my faith, see the victory, and please my Heavenly Father.
“But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.”
Hebrews 11:6 (NKJV)
Declaration:
I declare that I walk by faith and not by sight. I will not be moved by what I feel or what I see. I trust God’s promises over my situation. Fear must flee, and faith will rise. I am growing stronger every day, and I will see the victory manifest in my life, my family, and my purpose. I am not lacking—I am equipped, empowered, and established by God's Word.
Prayer:
Heavenly Father,
Thank You for Your unfailing Word and Your faithfulness to perform it. Even when my emotions try to pull me into anxiety or doubt, I choose to trust You. I command fear to flee from my mind, my home, and my family. I speak peace over my heart and strength to my spirit. Thank You for growing my endurance and releasing perfection into every part of my life. I believe that nothing is missing and nothing is lacking. I will wait patiently for the victory, and I give You all the glory in advance. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
