“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” Jeremiah 29:11 (NIV)
“God is not human, that he should lie, not a human being, that he should change his mind.” Numbers 23:19 (NIV)
We must never reduce the promises of God to passive acceptance. The Christian life requires spiritual work and warfare. We are called to partner with our Heavenly Father, receiving Jesus not just as Savior but also as Lord, submitting to His Word and His Spirit.
“Fight the good fight of faith; take hold of the eternal life to which you were called…” 1 Timothy 6:12 (ESV)
“The kingdom of heaven suffers violence, and the violent take it by force.” Matthew 11:12 (KJV)
Our role is active, not passive. We seek wisdom from the Holy Spirit, ask the Lord of Hosts to dispatch angels in our battles, and trust that Father God deeply desires for us to live in health, prosperity, peace, and victory.
“Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.” 3 John 1:2 (KJV)
“The Lord be magnified, who has pleasure in the prosperity of His servant.” Psalm 35:27 (NKJV)
We must emotionally and spiritually take hold of God’s promises, health, wealth, relationships, and refuse to let go. Just like Jacob, who wrestled with God and declared:
“I will not let you go unless you bless me.” Genesis 32:26 (NIV)
We must proclaim victory daily, with our mouths, our hearts, and our imaginations, until the manifestation appears in the natural. Do not dwell on failure or disappointment. Instead, picture yourself walking in the promise. How will you live when the answer comes? What will you do when the breakthrough arrives? Act like it’s already done. Praise God in advance. Worship Jesus with gratitude, knowing that every good and perfect gift is from Him.
“Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.” Mark 11:24 (NIV)
“Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for he who promised is faithful.” Hebrews 10:23 (ESV)
Declaration:
I am not ruled by what I see in the natural. I am led by the promises of God. I refuse to let go of what belongs to me. I hold fast to health, peace, provision, and purpose. I walk in victory, not defeat.
Prayer:
Father God, thank You for every promise secured through Christ. Strengthen my faith to hold tightly to what You’ve spoken over my life. I reject fear, passivity, and doubt. I receive Your goodness and trust in Your faithfulness. Teach me to war in the Spirit and proclaim victory with my mouth until I see it manifest in the natural. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
